Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not ship to locations outside these territories at this time.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Orders under £10: Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil orders below £10.
    • Orders between £10 and £49: Postage is £3.
    • Orders of £50 and above: Free delivery.
  • Shipping Method: All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class, tracked or signed for, to ensure a reliable and swift delivery.
  • Dispatch Times:
    • Orders placed and paid for before midday will be dispatched the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after midday may be dispatched the following working day.
    • Please note: While we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, circumstances outside of our control may sometimes delay dispatch. In such cases, your order will be dispatched at the next available opportunity, typically within two days.
    • Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the commencing Monday.
  • Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is with Royal Mail, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package from dispatch through to delivery.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we approach returns on a case-by-case basis. Please review the following conditions:

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of items such as water pipes, shisha pipes, or any product that comes into contact with the mouth once they have been used. This ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.
  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items:
    • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
  • How to Request a Return:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via [your email/contact details]. Include your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.
  • Refund Process:
    • If approved, refunds will be processed within 2 working days and credited back to the original payment method. This can take between 3-5 working days to go back to the original payment method
